14 days to return your purchase
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, no questions asked.

How to return an item
Email us at adriboal1033@gmail.com or use our contact page, including your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please ship the item within 14 days of contacting us.

Conditions
The item must be unused, in good condition and, if possible, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or not what you ordered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't be responsible for returns that don't reach us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund you within 14 days using your original payment method.

Defective or wrong items
If your item arrives broken, doesn't work or isn't what you ordered, email us within a few days of receiving it with your order number and a photo or video. We'll send you a new one or refund you at no cost to you.

Cancellations
To cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and give you a full refund.
